REPAIRS

To book an appointment, send an email to set up an appointment for repair. Include information about your amp or device, and the issue(s) you are experiencing. Please note, it may take a few days for a response.

  • We take a $100 deposit (per device) upon drop off, which goes towards the repair cost. The deposit will be invoiced via email, and will be due upon drop off. This is non-refundable unless the device is picked up before an estimate is provided.

  • Depending on workload, it can take up to 2-4 weeks to receive a repair estimate after drop off. If you have a deadline, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Our labor rate is $100/hour + parts. Typically, amps are billed for 1.5-3 hours of labor depending on the issues and originality of the amp. The minimum charge is $100.

  • We try to keep total turnaround time at 4-6 weeks, but this can be prolonged due to an extensive backlog, difficult/time-consuming restorations, or parts scarcity. We treat each amp and device like it is our own, and therefore, it can take several hours (or days) to get a device in its best shape.

  • Upon completion, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment is due immediately. After 5 days, there will be a 3.5% increase per day until the invoice is paid.

  • Once we notify you that your repair is complete, please pick up within 10 days. Failure to do so will result in a $10/day storage fee. If you are out of town or are unable to pick up within the 10 days, please let us know.

  • If you do not pick up your device within 45 days, it will become the property of Voltic Electronic Devices.

  • We warranty our work for 90 days, so if anything comes up after the repair, please let us know.
