Warm Audio Centavo Clipping Diode Upgrade
Upgrade your Warm Audio Centavo’s clipping section with genuine NOS germanium diodes. We will hand select germanium diodes to be within .5 vF of the original Klon’s desired .35 Vf. This will warm up your Centavo’s tone by inducing more compression and overdrive as your turn the gain knob.
We also offer a variety of other clipping diodes including:
BAS33 silicon clipping diodes — These diodes are used in modern King of Tone pedals and will give a smooth, dynamic clipping sound with a medium amount fo compression.
Red LED clipping diodes — These diodes are used in pedals like the Earthquaker Devices Plumes, mode 2, and will give the most open, amp-like clipping sound with a huge bass response and minimal compression.
